Studio

Our studio is located 1.1 miles south of downtown Constantine on the east side of the road. We are currently meeting 4 times per week Monday through Thursday.

Belt Testing Requirements

  • 8th Gup Yellow Belt

    • Know / Do - 15 Basics on command of instructor.
    • Know / Do - Tae Geuk il Chong (Beginner's Form #1)
    • Know /Do - No less than 5 one-steps (without repeating)
    • A written or oral quiz may be requested
    • Know all basic terminology
    • Be aware that control distance is 6"

  • 7th Gup Yellow Belt

    • Know /Do - 15 Basics on command of instructor
    • Know / Do - Tae Geuk Ee Chong (Beginner's Form #2 and all other forms)
    • Know / Do - No less than 10 one-steps (without repeating)
    • A written or oral quiz may be requested
    • Know al basic terminology
    • Be aware that control distance is 6"

    Sparring

    • Prove basic offensive and defensive skills and sportsmanship

    Breaking

    • 1 Board with any basic technique (see attached chart for sizes)

  • 6th Gup Green Belt

    • Know / Do - 15 Basic on. your own (you should need no help)
    • Know / Do - Pil Gay il Chong (and all previous forms)

    Advance Techniques

    • Pivot Kicks, All Front Kicks, All Side Kicks, All Round Kicks, All Hook Kicks, ETC.
